All of the Pork that we supply is purchased through Scottish Pig Producers. Pigs are sent here once a week for processing. This is a co-operative that markets pigs for its dedicated farmer members and forms an essential part of the supply chain to Scotland’s Pig processors.

The group based in Huntly Aberdeenshire, is totally focused on quality of service to producer and processors and has a track record of pioneering new product lines.

The pigs that are supplied must have a consistent carcass quality. This is achieved by purchasing our Pigs through Scottish Pig Producers.
